Looking for geek opinions on an extra computer I have
I have a fairly decent i5 HP small form factor pc that I no longer have any direct use for. I wanted to see if anyone had some ideas about how I could put it to use around my house...mainly thinking about in the home theatre.
I have a rack mounted server running ESXI that has my Plex Server, surveillance server, data storage, VOIP PBX. I have a smart TV in the home theatre, but I find the interface annoying. I have an Android box but also find it annoying.
I'd love to hear suggestions about how this computer could be put to use. Worst case, I'm going to donate it with a few other computers I have to a job resource centre in my city.
